NB: Mr. Taylor, who wrote this brief in the case of United States v. World Wide Video, Inc., et al., U.S. District Court, Central District of California, was appointed (26 January 2004) as Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, working primarily on federal obscenity prosecution issues. On March 31, 2006, Mr. Taylor left the Justice Department to assume a position as a Federal Immigration Judge in Arizona.
